Command request-funds does not work #56

Hello,

The option request-funds for the command wwallet does not work. When I run it, the node has not any currency balance.

assuming you are running wasp in wasp-cluster mode, be sure to execute command:
wasp-cli set utxodb true

before executing command:
my-cluster start
