ipa320/cob_manipulation#117 will resolve the failing TravisCI |

Well this is not ipa-order-picking specific. It is the only moveit configuration and the best planner configuration for manipulation at the moment. And we should and need to have the same for cob4. Once this is released we have to revert it ;) |
Once it is released, it easily can be reverted as this PR is a single commit! |

We decided to switch back to a default/supported/release-able version of
cob_moveit_config/cob_moveit_bringupwithincob_robots/cob_manipulationMainly this meant removing STOMP-related configs as they are not released for
kineticyet and it's giving us some trouble during the CI and release process...As most of the configuration was
ipa_order_picking-specific, I proposed to @ipa-mjp to create a new moveit_config package withinipa_order_pickingand do the (experimental) configs there...merge together with ipa320/cob_manipulation#117
