Evict existing data points if stateness is a percentage improvement over existing entry.

Just a thought for further improving data which stays in the primary table. Evicting data points not just over RSSI but also if their delta timestamp if a percentage difference versus a new one. (Say, 40% further away from 0.00 than a new point, implying a higher accuracy reading than the stored point)
