LGTM, tweaked PR template to add needs/triage and P0 latels – should be enough to prioritize review without hardcoding specific people.
- Preview of PR created by this workflow can be seen in Bump CLI and HTTP API reference to go-ipfs v0.9.1 #884 (8c977f7 specifically)
- Switched CI trigger to schedule/cron, so this is ready to be merged.
- Filled Moving to ipfs/ipfs-docs/ → tools/http-api-docs ipfs-inactive/http-api-docs#48 for remaining cleanuop after moving
