Does not work volume control over third taskbar

When you point the mouse over a lunch panel and spin a mouse wheel, you get the volume go up and down. Now by using this feature now with multiscreen, spinning the mouse wheel reacts normally on first (main) monitor, but does nothing on second (third) monitor. When you launch the application, first about 10 seconds the second monitor reacts normally, but then after approximately 10 secs it doesn't.
