Why is pm2-logrotate also installed with npm?

  Installs pm2-logrotate with both commands npm install and pm2 install

  pm2-logrotate is only installed with pm2 install

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
  According to https://github.com/keymetrics/pm2-logrotate/blob/master/README.md#install:

NOTE: the command is pm2 install NOT npm install
