首先软件可以在国区下载.
另外 v2 被墙了,

这种情况, ' 代理配置' 这个东西是否会给 @isaced 开发者
带来意想不到的法律或安全上的风险呢 ?

虽然国区上架，网络数据访问仍受控的。

关于【代理配置】功能是否违规，这只是最基本的软件能力，并不提供服务，我想应该没问题，比如微信也是有的：
