[Change request] To hide the "Experts" section on the Main Page.

As a user I do not want to see the "Experts" section on the Main Page so that I will see only materials on it.

Description:
Main Page should contain:

• "Important" section(See design here SI: Redesign the "Important" section on the Main Page.  #216),
• "Newest" section (4 blocks in the section - see design here [Change request] To redesign the "Newest" section on the Main Page. #255)

Main Page should NOT contain:

• "Experts" section.

Reason for Change:
Receiving design from client`s side.

Change request to US #13
