I think silent install should be really silent, so option to skip itch launch would be nice.

For chocolatey package i've sent this pr TakataSanshiro/Chocolatey-Packages#93, but i cannot something like this in winget so option in installer itself is needed.

Google Drive installer for example have option for this.
