Sale created and working, but when trying to edit it – date fields are broken (showing NaNs), no percentage slider, Select All-None links have no effect.

What browser are you in? I just tested editing the sale in Chrome & Firefox but didn't see any issues.

Safari 7.0.3 on OS X 10.9.2

Thanks, was indeed a problem in Safari. It's fixed now.
