Solution:
delete all data in
\AppData\Roaming
\AppData\local\

These seem to be unrelated issues, your proposed solution has potentially bad side effects and I still don't understand where the format "🏁 Feedback v25.6.2" comes from. I don't see an issue template here.

If the issue still persists please try to keep it as one bug per report and probably give the issue a better title and add the version you were using to the description.
