Support translateService, translatePipe and TranslateDirective inside of components

Example:

translate.get('HELLO', {value: 'world'}).subscribe((res: string) => {
    console.log(res);
    //=> 'hello world'
});

Describe the solution you'd like

Just suggestion use AST for this case and for feature you can merge it with tslint or eslint
