Trend of:

  • standard deviation
  • mean fitness
  • max fitness
  • convergence speed
  • killed genes (we should notice a decreasing trend after Crossover and mutation impact #3 will be closed)

The professor suggested to use the trend of newborns to evaluate the convergence, and compare niching convergence with classical GA (the experiment encoded in poc.py)
