EOL notice for redis28u #3

Redis does active support for the two most recent major branches. This means that with the recent release of 3.2.0, the 2.8.X branch is now EOL. The IUS project plans to retain this package in the stable repositories for approximately one month to allow users a reasonable amount of time to upgrade. After that month, we will be moving all redis28u packages to our archive repository, where they will no longer be maintained.

During tonight's automation, the redis28u package will move to the archive repositories. Anyone using redis28u still should upgrade to redis30u or redis32u as soon as possible.
