[Bug] error cant add subscription

Hello, i try add my subscription from youtube in csv but have error. Try different mirrors but have same issue.
main now for test is invidious.io.lol

Lol only just now i understand that i try load subsription by select 'Youtube playlist (csv)' (dumb)
Now i try select 'Import YouTube/OPML' and add sub.csv but its load and send me error on (invidious.io.lol)

504 Gateway Time-out
nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)

Try different mirror "yt.oelrichsgarcia.de" and it's work! Thanks for helping with my autism
