it uses feedback from ImageView to update this solutionh has disadvantages:

a lag of updating W/L state depending on image size (it has some pros but generally looks bad)
the case one LUTC controls several IW is mysterious
Implementing this in proposed way would let IW to implement burst W/L updates through analyzing W/L update request finally make W/L update smoother.
