Doc Refresh

With OptTree and OptNode coming into the library I'd like to do a bit of a refresh of the docs.

This is separate from any new docs that would come along with the new code for OptTree and OptNode.

There are several places (that I can't enumerate at the moment) in the docs that could be updated to include info about the different types of Trees and Nodes and their trade-offs.
