The jOOQ Open Source Edition's files and their file headers should all be ASL 2.0 licensed. However, some individual files reference the dual license:

This happened by mistake

The tool that produces the jOOQ Open Source Edition from the commercial distribution cannot handle a file header starting with Javadoc format (/**\n), only with multiline comment format (/*\n)

Fixed in jOOQ 3.13.0. Backport scheduled for 3.12.4 (#9532)
