具体过程如下：

1、拆机替换硬盘

2、下载xbox离线升级包
https://beta.support.xbox.com/zh ... r-xbox-one-consoles
初版xbox one 需要下载 OSU2 或 OSU3，其他版本下载OSU1。我是x1x，下载OSU1，大小约5.5G。

3、将OSU1解压，并将$SystemUpdate 文件夹拷贝到U盘。U盘建议事先格式化为NTFS格式。

4、x1x主机开机，选择“疑難排解”然后选择“離線系統更新”，主机会使用离线升级包进行硬盘初始化，过程大约10分钟左右，完成后，即可正常使用系统。

如果主机内置硬盘上有需要保留的游戏，移动到外置移动硬盘即可。系统初始化后，插上移动硬盘即可正常游戏，需要的话，可以再移动到内置硬盘。
