A database for games instead of using file names.

Like the title says because arcade games are confusing when using the file names..

I added the FBA gamelist. List can be enabled in the settings for the main menu entry.
List is loaded if you first enter a file selection which is using the list. Takes a little time to load. After that, its available till PyMenu is restarted.

The gamelist creates some rather long filenames and is not very good on the RS97
