I am building the project Multiplanar-Reconstruction, and has an fatal error: vtkvmtkITKArchetypeImageSeriesScalarReader.h : no such file or directory, and I have read the page vmtk/vmtk#342, is that useful? please let me know at your convenience. Thanks!
