The update site is down. When you try to install EclEmma from the Eclipse workspace, it displays an error. When you attempt to manually add the site and discover software within it, same error.

I just double checked: The update site works. Maybe this is an issue with your proxy settings? What is the exact error message?

Note that the update site is not browseable.
