It seems as like the leader gets very far ahead while the rest are barely catching up, suggestion to add a catch-up system - teleport AI fireteam members that are very far back next to leader to not slow it down and keep team together, catch-up can be enabled or disabled at the top left so that players don't see that.

Seems to have been resolved by disabling targeting when moving.
