Validate content length on port registration #110

When we call to the port registration we set a content length of a fixed value. But what if the port is 4 digits instead of 5?

Validate this case doesn't result in failed connections.

Confirmed that while this may not be correct HTTP the LabVIEW discovery still works without issue.
