desk [name] without the dot #38

Really like the idea and implementation, there's only that one thing with the dot when loading a desk.

I'm sure it's there for a reason, but is there a way to do a workaround for it not to be there, doing a desk [deskname] is so much more elegant than desk . [deskname].

I'll consider this one because there've been multiple requests for it, but how do you feel about doing something like alias d.='desk .' in the meantime? This is what I do personally.

To be honest, my preference is to use explicit commands, so I'd even prefer desk load [deskname], but desk [deskname] would be ideal.

Unsure how desk load foo differs materially from desk go foo or desk . foo in terms of being explicit.

Wasn't aware you could use desk go as an alternative. load feels more natural but go is good as well. The dot simply has no meaning whatsoever.
