brenda-run failing when trying to run spot instance request

Hi I'm getting the following error message when trying to create a spot instance request, can someone point me in the right direction? I'm on osx mojave 10.14.6, thanks.

I'm seeing the same issue. Maybe whatever public AMI brenda was using at one point no longer exists? Did you ever figure this out?

It looks like there is a fork of this repo that is up to date with a new AMI: https://github.com/gwhobbs/brenda
Would be nice to see the README of this repo updated to mention this fork
