- the database queue with in-memory sqlite serves the same purpose - tests showed it was actually the same speed
- use sqlmodel session - remove old sqlalchemy code
since DBqueue is used in the base widget, there is no need to keep using the distributed version

Flit was attempting to dynamically load the version info, but without all dependencies this lead to import errors.

- Intersphinx is now aware of ipyannotations - autodoc now documents class init signatures
Notebooks are no longer used in the docs.
- add an example on the index home page - incorporate feedback on language

With a newly re-factored and expanded
ipyannotations, the UI elements (i.e. the class labelling buttons) are no longer necessary. This PR removes them, and updates the remaining code to interface well with the standardipyannotationswidgets.
