feat: cortex models list should have options to view available remote models to pull

Problem
As a user, I would like to know what models I can pull from my end, as I won't be able to search for models on the website at any time.

It can be done via both models list models pull

Success Criteria

• I can see listed models

It's confusing since we have "remote models" and "models available to pull".

Since Cortex supports multiple model repositories, it's better to look up models on repository sites.
