bug: Update On-Prem installation version to the latest one

Describe the bug
The current version of On-Prem installation version is very outdated (v0.1.0) Which comes with all the bugs at that version. Also, when attempting RAG, it keeps repeating itself.

Expected behavior
Version updated to the latest one. (Current latest is 0.4.12). Kindly have a pipeline to keep them updated to the latest one.

@zytoh0, package version 0.1.0 is just a placeholder. We don't bump version commits that spam the Git history; instead, we bump the version on CI. The code is up to date.
