Current behavior

Currently, the buttons such as "Regenerate," "Copy," etc., do not display any tool-tip messages when hovered over. Adding hover tool-tips would greatly enhance the user experience by providing clear, immediate information about the functionality of each button

Minimum reproduction step

Edit the codebase -> Make a PR

Expected behavior

When a user hovers over a button, a tool-tip should appear with a brief description/title of the button's functionality.
