Tools make me download models from scratch
I already have these models and my internet is slow
Sad times ensue

Success Criteria
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Users can pull models directly from a local filepath
A model.yaml is autogenerated, or user selects from preset with ability to edit (this step is likely similar to users downloading a model from a random HF organization)
