Why is the Snow Leopard release on R13B02 and the Leopard release on R13B03?

Why is at http://janl.github.com/couchdbx/ the Snow Leopard release on R13B02 and the Leopard release on R13B03?

This happened by chance :) This is not critical at all or a bug.

I was wondering because installation in a 64-bit architecture using MacPorts (which uses erlang R13B03) fails on my local 10.6.2. machine.

There error message there is:
Error: Target org.macports.destroot returned: shell command "tar -C /opt/local/var/macports/build/_Users_ceriel_ports_lang_erlang/work/destroot/opt/local/lib/erlang -zxvf /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/erlang/otp_doc_html_R13B03.tar.gz" returned error 1

I avoid macports where possible. I recommend homebrew: http://github.com/mxcl/homebrew
