Source code version?

What version of Visual Studio was used to create this because when i attempted to view the source in VS2010 it didnt work.

These days I maintain it in Visual Studio 2013. The project file should be compatible with 2010, but you may need to try opening the csproj instead of the sln. The solution also contains a WiX project to build the installer, so it will complain about that if you don't have WiX installed or you're using an Express version of VS.
