Enable AceStream

Important things to note:
- You cannot run multiple instances of AceStream Engine on any operating system, please make sure to close AceStream prior to attempting to connect in Powder Web.
Run this command:
sudo snap install acestreamplayer
Then open Powder Web and add a acestream:// link.
On OSX, AceStream is installed through Powder Web after adding a acestream:// link.
On Windows, AceStream is installed through Powder Web after adding a acestream:// link.
