I'm having latency issues (i think) with the ps5 controller

When I connect initially the controller can work fine for an hour or even more, then it starts to delay inputs, or get hard stuck on an input, it gets really annoying in game. Then I switch from Bluetooth, to a wired connection while I'm playing and most of the time it fixes the issue, until the same thing happens on a wired connection, then I just go back to Bluetooth. I've never had this issue with my PS4 controller, and the PS5 controller is in great condition, so I assume it has something to do with DS4windows. Please help me out!
