It would be awesome if a user can click a toggle button next to the edit button on the extension repositories page to toggle the usage of an extension repo. When clicked, TachiyomiJ2K should either hide or show the extensions it offers in the extensions menu depending on whether or not the user enabled the repository.
An alternative to using the toggle would be a long press on the source icon to:
enable it and make the source link bolded for distinction
disable it and place a strike through the source link to mark as disabled.
If someone considers implementing this I would be immensely grateful :)

I have searched the existing issues and this is a new ticket, NOT a duplicate or related to another open issue.
I have written a short but informative title.
If this is an request for a feature in the original Tachiyomi, I am opening because multiple versions of TachiyomiJ2K have been released without this feature.
If this is an issue with an extension, or a request for an extension, I should be opening an issue in the extensions repository.
