netsh是一个windows中经常用到，一直查一直记不住的玩意。
一个命令行脚本工具，用于查看或更改本地计算机的网络配置。它可以在命令行接口（CLI）中运行，并支持多种子命令，允许用户管理包括 IP 地址、网络接口、防火墙设置等在内的网络组件。
