What is "monq" and "jq" in the output #35

Hi,

Nice utility! I like the ease of it, and I think prefer it over fpsync.

I may be missing it, but what are the monq and jq in the progress line? It's not clear in the documentation (for me).

monq = monitor_queue.qsize()
jq = result["jq_size"] = jobs_queue.qsize()
