Pretty much any non-user non-talk namespace is important.

Things which I do want to change:
Wanted templates should include all of these namespaces.
Exclude links from TFW:Discussion and subpages
&namespace=0 links should, where possible, use the correct namespace. I may need to make None mean 'all namespaces'
External links should include all of these namespaces, and I should pause that report until I have actually put effort into it.
Need to reconsider the current behavior with wiki.teamfortress links, at least for 3d models images.
Navboxes should hit all of these namespaces
Mismatched parens should probably hit all of these namespaces, but will need some more exclusions

Not sure which, exactly, but some templates are intentionally mismatched.
Template:PatchDiff and subpages (the dictionary is OK for this one)
Duplicate displaytitles should probably hit all of these namespaces (though some are unlikely to have hits, like File: or Template:)
All Articles and Missing Translations should include the Help: namespace.
incorrectly_translated, miscategorized, and overtranslated should include Help: / Category:, though that's lower priority -- I'm fixing these as I go and they should be rare. (Most of these could be expanded to all of these, but there might be false positives.)
Unrelatedly, in mismatched, <nowiki> tags should be escaped (<nowiki>), and we should ignore any text between said tags.
Mismatched should not report trailing on template namespaces
