Pretty much any non-user non-talk namespace is important.

TFW:
Help:
File:
Template:
Category:

Things which I do want to change:

• Wanted templates should include all of these namespaces.
• Exclude links from TFW:Discussion and subpages
• &namespace=0 links should, where possible, use the correct namespace. I may need to make None mean 'all namespaces'
• External links should include all of these namespaces, and I should pause that report until I have actually put effort into it.
• Need to reconsider the current behavior with wiki.teamfortress links, at least for 3d models images.
• Navboxes should hit all of these namespaces
• Mismatched parens should probably hit all of these namespaces, but will need some more exclusions
• TFW:Discussion and subpages
• File:*3D .jpg
• Not sure which, exactly, but some templates are intentionally mismatched.
• Template:PatchDiff and subpages (the dictionary is OK for this one)
• Duplicate displaytitles should probably hit all of these namespaces (though some are unlikely to have hits, like File: or Template:)
• All Articles and Missing Translations should include the Help: namespace.
• incorrectly_translated, miscategorized, and overtranslated should include Help: / Category:, though that's lower priority -- I'm fixing these as I go and they should be rare. (Most of these could be expanded to all of these, but there might be false positives.)
• Unrelatedly, in mismatched, <nowiki> tags should be escaped (<nowiki>), and we should ignore any text between said tags.
• Mismatched should not report trailing on template namespaces
