Add seasonal emoji

This would involve changing the default emoji in specific date ranges, as well as additional emoji features.

For example, snowing during December, ghosts during halloween season, something for thanksgiving, etc.

It would also be great to have this configured in a JSON file so that it's easy to add more and update them.
