Well at the very least it's inconsistent.

Can accents go on these characters?

i.e. should we ban both or allow both?

Keeping open because a decision needs to be made about which direction to go (and if no ban then we need to implement).

Well, as of 3539def it's no longer inconsistent... Closing because now it's a question of disallowed combinations
