This PR improves Resize filter preview to ensure correct size in default image viewer using time.sleep(0.5)

Furthermore:

Updates AV1-libsvtav1 preset with a compatible container as mkv (not mp4 as before).
New presets version v0.21
New version of the configuration file v6.6
Several improvements
