Add iOS and Android Client #18

It doesn't work on iOS and Android, because VPNs work differently on these iOS and Android than other operating systems. The code is small and simple, so it shouldn't be too difficult for someone familiar with iOS and Android, but I don't have much experience with developing on these platforms. |

Hey guys, I am working on an Android app for dsvpn which will soon be released on Google Play for closed testing, it is fully featured with Multipath TCP and TCP Fragmentation.
