idea would be to add fiji cmtk bin dir to path and then just use cmtk directly

Could maybe add an option in the main GUI window to choose a particular CMTK. Otherwise will need to make the script fancier

  1. so that it uses path to find cmtk
  2. so that it figures out whether the CMTK binaries are installed in a subdir
