Disabling help behaves incorrectly when it comes to Marci

Description

If help is disabled against Marci, she CAN still use Dispose on you, but she CAN'T use Rebound, which makes no sense because Rebound can't grief your hero, while Dispose can do it very well.

Rebound with shard can grief, that's why it's disabled. I think this is probably intended because Dispose does not give you much freedom to control where the target will land, you can but it's kinda tricky, but I agree it should disable Dispose as well.
