PGYER has changed their APP-UPLOAD-API，Please make change to fix that, AND a awesome guy fixed this, see pr #5 for changes.

蒲公英已经变更了 App 上传的 API，插件需要进行相应的修改。已经有大神完成了修改，具体请见 pr #5
