0.0: Do you need this software?

If this seems way overkill and you really just want to test to make sure that a single IC on a PCB ‘checks okay’, then you might want to just put the Fluke900 into ‘Manual Mode’ (standalone, no PC required) and throw a reference device in the ZIF and test it…. It does do that without all this fancy software! Read the Fluke 900 Operators Manual to learn more about how to do this.
