package create - transport request

There is no transport request parameter for 'package create' command so new request is created for every new package created. ADT api allows to specify transport request, it is passed in request url like POST /sap/bc/adt/packages?corrNr=<request no>

Yes, I'm going to. I wrote it down just for case I won't have enough time soon.

The package create command actually does take argument for transport as --corrnr. So I will rather fix the abapgit command transport parameter name.
