Describe the bug

The Format of resources under all categories are not according to the guidelines of the repository. I wish to fix it. Kindly assign this to me. This is going to take a lot of searching up, so I will wait till you assign the task.

Expected behavior

For eg: In python section the descriptions are not written properly. I want to fix it and write in the suitable format of the repo(greyed out parts)
