About compiling the software

Dear Sir,

I was trying to compile this software under the Ubuntu emulated Windows 10. Typing in 'make', however, I had to see an error like the file 'zlib.h' can't be found. I obtained the file from a source and put in the INCLUDE folder, but seeing a message that other file is still missing. I have just downloaded the zip file and uncompressed it. Do I have to get a separate permit from the github manager?

In addition, I also tried the window version of the software given, but couldn't get any solutions from the optional dynamic analysis with a wave condition for the example input files provided (SWEX.CAB or CMO.CAB etc.). Only static analysis worked. If you comment on where I was wrong, I really appreciate it.
